The Windsors is a British sitcom and parody of the British royal family, the House of Windsor.It was first broadcast on Channel 4 in April 2016 and stars Harry Enfield, Haydn Gwynne, Hugh Skinner, Louise Ford, Richard Goulding, Tom Durant-Pritchard, Kathryn Drysdale, Morgana Robinson, Ellie White, and Celeste Dring.
Haydn Gwynne (/ ˈ h eɪ d ən ˈ ɡ w ɪ n /; 21 March 1957 – 20 October 2023) was an English actress.She was nominated for the 1992 BAFTA TV Award for Best Light Entertainment Performance for the comedy series Drop the Dead Donkey (1990–1991), and won the 2009 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical for her role in the Broadway production of Billy Elliot the Musical.
She is the daughter of actor Ray Winstone and his wife Elaine McCausland. She has two sisters, Lois (b. 1982), who is a singer and sometime actress, and Ellie (b. 2001). Jaime grew up in Enfield , north London, where she occasionally attended Enfield County School , [ 2 ] a local state school.
