I'm thinking about picking up a new '12 or '13 Honda ATV. All the dealers in my area (western WA) stick all sorts of additional fees like 'dealer prep' and 'assembly fees' on their ATVs. I've run into this when I buy motorcycles, and get the dealers to waive these fees because I'm not paying them.

A friend has a 2014 Pioneer with 1500 miles/ 303 hrs. Has a windshield, roof, and rock guards and he is asking $9k. Found a 2013 Ranger with 500 hours on it asking $9450
