Alzada (also known as Stoneville and Telegraph Point) is a census-designated place in southern Carter County, Montana, United States. [1] As of the 2010 census it had a population of 29. [ 3 ] It is located at the intersection of U.S. Route 212 with Montana Secondary Highways 323 and 326 , near the Wyoming and South Dakota borders.

Secondary Highway 323 (S‑323) is a 71.130-mile (114.473 km) [3] secondary state highway in eastern Carter County, Montana, that connects Alzada and Ekalaka. S‑323 begins at the U.S. Route 212 (US 212) in the unincorporated community of Alzada near the Montana-Wyoming state line. S‑323 travels north from Alzada through eastern Carter County.

Camp Devin is located at an unknown location in present-day southeastern Carter County, Montana near the Census-designated place of Alzada, Montana, near the Little Missouri River. Just outside Alzada near the Montana-Wyoming Border on Montana Highway 326 there is a historical marker giving information about Camp Devin.
The current MT 59 is an amalgamation of three roadway segments, each formerly numbered separately. The highway south of Broadus was originally designated as S-319. [ citation needed ] From Broadus to Miles City, the highway was U.S. Route 312 (US 312) until 1979, [ 3 ] and MT 59 north of Miles City was originally MT 22.
