On 12 June 2013, the state cabinet gave clearance for an agreement to be signed between KMCL and DMRC. [10] The DMRC will receive 3.25% of the ₹ 55.81 billion (₹ 35.90 billion for Thiruvananthapuram and ₹ 19.91 billion for Kozhikode) in general consultant fees.
