East Riverfront is a light rail station on the Red and Blue lines of the St. Louis MetroLink system. [2] This elevated station was built on a reconstructed viaduct east of the historic Eads Bridge near the East St. Louis, Illinois riverfront. The station is popular with Illinois commuters and has a park and ride lot with 295 spaces.
Maplewood–Manchester station is a light rail station on the Blue Line of the St. Louis MetroLink system. [4] This station is located on an embankment near Manchester Road ( Route 100 ) between South Hanley Road and Laclede Station Road in Maplewood, Missouri .
Richmond Heights station is a light rail station on the Blue Line of the St. Louis MetroLink system. [3] This at-grade station is located near the interchange of Interstate 170 and Galleria Parkway in Richmond Heights, Missouri. The station has a small commuter parking lot with 57 spaces and includes a kiss and ride turnaround.
Rehabilitation began in 1991 in preparation for the opening of MetroLink in 1993, which now uses the tunnel to connect communities in Illinois and Missouri via downtown St. Louis. [4] In 1992, just east of this station, a portion of the tunnel beneath Washington Avenue and Broadway collapsed, injuring no one.
