Go to the support page for downloads and select the "Previous" firmware link and download your previous firmware and reinstall it. Consider making a valid configuration backup in case other problems arrise. For downgrades, I recomment using the reset button on the back of the router first, then do a downgrade.

Solution: Download and install Firefox/Mozilla v77 (which supposedly is the. last version to support TL1.0/1.1). Am now able to access the admin page. Would certainly appreciate a work around s/w upgrade from Netgear. It can't be "that" expensive 😉.
There's a small hole under the cover in a slot on the connector side of the device. It will say reset near it. Use a wire probe (straightened paper clip).
