Leonid Slutsky is the political curator of Șor Party. In 2024 Pro-Russian politicians from Moldova visited Russia: fugitive oligarch Ilan Șor, representatives of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova, socialist leader himself, ex-president Igor Dodon, two politicians of the Revival Party party, close to fugitive oligarch Ilan Shor.

Leonid Viktorovich Slutsky (Russian: Леони́д Ви́кторович Слу́цкий [ˈsɫut͡skʲɪj]; born 4 May 1971) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player who is the manager of Chinese Super League club Shanghai Shenhua.
Slutsky's first trip as part of the campaign was a trip to Anadyr, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, on 30 December 2023. In Anadyr, Slutsky visited the Chukotka Social Rehabilitation Center for Minors and the local greenhouse complex. [26] After the New Year, Slutsky continued his trips to the regions of Russia.
