The hacker changed minecraft nickname to irritate me and played skyblock in my account. (Why on earth tho) I contacted Microsoft service center but the hacker set up the 2FA, so I had no choice but to lock down my Microsoft account. And no, I didn't download any suspicious mods.

Yes, you probably can kick the hacker out. However, the way you do it depends highly on how you got hacked. There are a LOT of ways that you could have been hacked, such as through verifying on discord or downloading ratted mods.
