    So far, once the new static IP address was created for my home network, my Comcast email has been working fine. It's been working almost 48 hours now, so I am very hopeful. Yes, it appears that Comcast has an issue that is known by most of the ISP network engineers. The only people that don't seem to know anything about it Comcast.

    @Again I just got a new laptop and haven't finished setting everything up yet.I opened Outlook on there, I decided to click "forgot my password", was able to reset it, add a couple other email addresses (some comcast, some not) and all my folders synced.
