The Talking Tom & Friends franchise was created with the launch of the Talking Tom Cat app. It focused on anthropomorphic cats and dogs repeating things said to it by the user, before shifting focus to other apps such as endless-runner games, virtual pet games and the like. The franchise reached 300 million downloads 19 months after its launch.
The first app, Talking Tom Cat, was launched in July 2010. As of June 2022, the apps have achieved more than 18 billion downloads. [ 1 ] The franchise also includes various web series, which are mostly posted on YouTube.
My Talking Tom is a virtual pet game released by Slovenian studio Outfit7 on November 11, 2013. [ 2 ] [ 3 ] It is similar to Pou and the fourteenth game of the Talking Tom & Friends series overall. It was the first Outfit7 game to feature the smoother animation, and to feature Talking Tom's current design.

Talking Tom & Friends (previously Talking Tom and Friends) is an animated sitcom and children's television series by Slovenian company Outfit7, based on the media franchise of the same name. Its premiere release was on 23 December 2014 on YouTube , with the final episode being released on 24 December 2021.
Talking Tom (voiced by Michael Tauzin) - A gray tabby cat, newscaster, Ginger's uncle and Angela's boyfriend. Talking Ben (voiced by Michael D. Cohen ) - A tan dog, genius, scientist and newscaster. Talking Pierre (voiced by Keith Ferguson ) - A green parrot who likes to play video games and gets easily annoyed by the others, particularly Tom.

Angela returns to the garage to get Tom, only for Tom's mind to be sucked into the app when Tom gets his millionth friend (as per the app's Terms and Conditions), leaving Angela with no choice but to get sucked into the app and get Tom back. By the time Tom returns, the diner is closed and Free Milkshake Day is ruined.
