Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 3 was released during Windows Server 2003 SP2, and Windows XP SP2, which means it was developed earlier. This should be apart of the article. I'm pretty sure, but not all my references I saw are sure. I'll check again, and maybe someone can correct me. Maybe I'm wrong.
