A couple of points. First, I agree that 100 goals is a good threshold for notability. The all time list of English top tier goal scorers uses a threshold of 200. I'd rather see a 100 goal list for English top tier than 50 for the Premier League rebranding. Second, I liked the idea behind the primary club column.
