One Biscayne Tower is an office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located on the eastern edge of Downtown Miami, on South Biscayne Boulevard. It comprises Class A office space completely. The office tower was acquired by CP Group in 2021 in a joint venture with Rialto Capital Management.
Marquis is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It was topped out in March 2008. The tower is 679 feet (207 m) tall and contains 67 floors. [1]

Brickell Avenue is the main road through the Brickell financial district of Downtown Miami and is considered the Park Avenue of Florida.
Southeast Financial Center [4] is a two-acre development in Miami, Florida, United States. It consists of a 765 feet (233 m) tall office skyscraper and its 15-story parking garage. It was previously known as the Southeast Financial Center (1984–1992), the First Union Financial Center (1992–2003) and the Wachovia Financial Center (2003–2011).
The building is planned to rise to the maximum allowable height in downtown Miami of 1,049 ft (320 meters) above sea level, or about 1,040 ft (317 meters) above ground, [1] [2] making it easily the tallest building in Miami and Florida, surpassing the Panorama Tower built in 2017. Construction began in late 2022 and is expected to complete in 2027.
The two buildings are located in a plaza at 2100 Biscayne Boulevard. The plaza sits directly above an underground parking garage and features a large painted Bacardi logo, which is visible to planes arriving at and departing from Miami International Airport. Both buildings are accessible from the parking garage via elevators. [1]
