The 10th Infantry Regiment is a regiment in the United States Army first formed in 1855. Formerly a standard line regiment that served the United States in the American Civil War and again in World War II and into the Cold War, the 10th Infantry Regiment is now a garrison regiment housing training cadre and trainees undergoing Basic Combat Training with the United States Army.

The battalion never recovered from the heavy casualties, sustained during the battle and was disbanded. The surviving men being posted to the battalions of the 1st Parachute Brigade. When the Territorial Army was reformed after the war in 1947, a new 10th Battalion was raised.

The 10th Field Artillery Regiment was a Field Artillery regiment of the United States Army first formed in 1916. Due to the inactivation of the Third Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, the last active battalion (1st battalion) of the 10th Field Artillery Regiment was inactivated in December 2015.
