Sajji (Balochi and Urdu: سجی) is a Pakistani dish originating from the Balochistan province of Pakistan. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] Traditional and authentic sajji consists of lamb , marinated only in salt with a few spices.
Balochi cuisine is incomplete without meat.
