Kids’ Meals’ mission is to end childhood hunger in Houston by delivering free healthy meals, year-round to the doorsteps of Houston’s hungriest preschool-aged children and through collaboration provide their families with resources to end the cycle of poverty.
It takes hundreds of volunteers each week to prepare and pack thousands of meals. Volunteer shifts at Kids’ Meals are Monday-Friday 9am-12pm and 12:30pm-2:30pm. Kids ages 8 and above are welcome to volunteer! All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP FEED YOUR CHILDREN! Kids’ Meals delivers free, healthy meals, year-round, Monday-Friday to the homes of children age 5 or under who live within our 56 delivery zip codes. We also deliver 1-3 family grocery bags a week.
