    Pretty sure Flexi is the same as Corel and already has a Pantone pallet. It's no guarantee, but if you use that color pallet in your design you should get closer. When you use the pantone pallet it sends the pantone # to the printer instead of RGB or CMYK and then the rip knows exactly what you are shooting for.

    In Avery the closest I see in hue for high performance is Tropical Blue A9503-O, but it's a step or two lighter (the book says it's a match for Pantone 297 C although actual Pantone 279 C is less purple looking). In the translucent range it's basically the same story, Tropical Blue A9503-T. Similar hue but lighter than Pantone 7683 C.
