Camp O'Donnell is a current military base and former United States military reservation in the Philippines located on Luzon island in the municipality of Capas in Tarlac.It housed the Philippine Army's newly created 71st Division and after the Americans' return, a United States Army camp.

General Wainwright send 26th US Cavalry and 71st Infantry to stop Japanese advanced towards Baguio City. 1st Battalion under Captain Guillermo Nakar withdraw towards Baguio City and 2nd Battalion under Captain Jose Banzon withdrawn southward in order not to get outflanked by the Japanese. Entire regiment was posted at Rosario-Baguio Road.
