Songs for Australia is a compilation album curated by Australian singer-songwriter Julia Stone to aid bushfire relief, consisting of covers of well-known Australian songs by other artists from around the world. The album was released on 5 March 2020 online and was made available in June 2020 in stores.
The second single "Don't Lean on Me" was released on 15 May. The album itself, titled Let the Ocean Take Me, was released on 6 June in Australia, 9 June in the UK, and 10 June in the U.S. [18] it debuted at No. 1 on the Australian ARIA albums chart, becoming the band's second consecutive No. 1.
In November 2007, the band began recording their sixth full-length album, Girl, which was released in July 2008. The album debuted at No. 7 on the Australian Independent Music chart.
