Sheridan is a city in and the county seat of Grant County, Arkansas, United States. The community is located deep in the forests of the Arkansas Timberlands . It sits at the intersection of US Highways 167 and 270 .
Prior Formats include the Tan Talk Radio Network, and a Country Station KKDI owned by Cliff Packer from Benton, Arkansas. The station was first licensed in 1982, and held the callsign KKDI. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] The station originally broadcast at 1540 kHz with a power of 250 watts, and operated during daytime hours only.

John Little McClellan was born on a farm near Sheridan, Arkansas to Isaac Scott and Belle (née Suddeth) McClellan. [3] His parents, who were strong Democrats , named him after John Sebastian Little , who served as a U.S. Representative (1894–1907) and Governor of Arkansas (1907). [ 2 ]
