The fierce action is a copy of a sako 85. Very well made action, but much fewer choices in triggers and other things (bottom metal etc).the fierce Trigger is so-so. The biggest issue is that their customer service is lacking, it took 18 months to get my rifle when promised a 6 month wait, and I had to call and email several times to get any ...
Yeah brand new and only 25 rounds. The Rival is their new 700 clone with a Trigger Tech trigger. Keep in mind the rifle with factory ammo is 1/2 MOA just as promised and the Build quality is good. So I was pretty ****ed when this happened just a week ago. I called Fierce and a guy named Paul picked up. Here's where I become very impressed.

The action tolerances are much tighter on the fierce, both function but the fierce is smoother and feels much more positive. For a hunting gun I prefer the sako style magazine and release, I prefer to have nothing sticking out to catch on things. The christensen brake is better than the fierce, the side baffles with the threaded top ports is nice.

Pretty firey for a 4 year old thread. I still have the fierce from my 2016 post, and I have had a couple christensens since then. Not sure where the post about fierce using a sako action, since the edge came out it has been a clone action made in Canada. It is a much tigher fitting and better made action than the christensen.
Check out Ryan's thoughts on the Fierce CT Rogue. Are you looking for a lightweight, long-range hunting rifle at a great price?
Fierce is a copy of the Sako 85. Christensen Arms is a copy of the Remington 700 Fierce CEO John Mogle is the former president of Christensen Arms. I have sold all of my CA rifles and moved to Fierce. They make it easy to find the best ammo and give you a factory target to show it. They also offer a compete set up called the long range package.
