Hawkesbury is a town in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell in Eastern Ontario, Canada. Hawkesbury is the third most bilingual town in Ontario, with about 70% of its inhabitants being fluent in English and French. Franco-Ontarians make up 89% of the population. With a land area of 235.06 km 2 (90.76 sq mi), it had a population density of 14.5/km 2 (37.7/sq mi) in 2021. [1]
