vanilla recipe ^^ you can create smooth stone slabs by putting 3 stones in the form of a slab in the crafting menu and then placing two slabs onto eachother
iirc in 1.14+ you can't make "normal" stone slabs, you can only make stone slabs with the actual texture on them because "smooth stone" (as in the 1.14 item) cannot be made in Hypixel, which is running 1.8. So when placed, the stone slabs (the item that does not exist in 1.8) become "smooth stone slabs" (what 1.8 players view as stone slabs)

i know people answered this like 80 times but since some people still don't understand: smooth stone block is only available in recent versions, not 1.8 that hypixel is based on. therefore, you cannot get the smooth stone block on skyblock. the closest is stacking 2 smooth stone slabs on top of each other.
