Louis doesn't depend on YouTube for money, so he can promote adblockers all day long. A lot of YouTubers don't make money through ads due to YouTube being extremely vigilant with demonetization if you don't comply with their rules. It has gotten to the point where YouTubers promote adblockers, while also promoting their Patreon.
You do of course realize that M4A is a lossy audio format and you're about to go from M4A to MP3 which is another lossy format meaning when you're done the MP3 files will technically be in far worse shape from an acoustic perspective than the M4A was, right?
On YouTube I find gameplay vids at 720p on my 2560 monitor are detailed enough to read everything. Since the monitor ratio is the same as YouTube vids, a fullscreen gameplay vids is effectively exactly the same proportions as when I'm playing the game, and that's where I notice the difference of perception in the image.
