    Thanks, Raymond. Some things like My Computer are shortcuts the you make by going into File Explorer and finding the program and right click on it and Send to, then pick desktop. When you get the new computer the desktop may already be set to the classic view. If this answers your question - Then mark it so.

    Replied on August 31, 2015. Switching on Tablet mode will do that, but also run everything full screen. Click on Start > Settings. In the Settings window, click System.
