Ive been trying to find ways to download the Gx browser but neither the playstore on the chromebook has it, nor does it work when i try installing it through google chrome. I dont understand why its so difficult to find for the chromebook

Vivaldi is certainly not insecure. As for Opera GX's extra features (limiter, booster, etc), I'm afraid those don't exist in Vivaldi. However, with its customizability, there's the side panel (can be hidden, floating mode, auto close), then themes along with scheduler which you could make it look like say, Opera GX lol.

So I installed Opera GX on a chromebook that doesn't get updates anymore and this is what I get. Not sure if this is an old layout I have or something but what bothers me the most is the taskbar on the side as well as the useless strip of white forever stuck to my screen.
sometimes when i drag opera gx onto my primary monitor it freezes for about five seconds and then always takes up the middle third of the screen, after that my mouse cursor is invisible on opera, it still works and i can see it on everything else but the only thing that fixes it is restarting my pc. does anyone else have this and how do i fix it? p.s. it started after the most recent update
