It has been an issue since a windows 10 update sometime in fall 2017. I have tried: changing default browser from edge to IE, (even tried googlechrome) reseting internet options (internet options ->advanced-> reset (but not to factory settings to delete all my personal home pages ect) fiddling with the VPN settings. The one from Lenovo is actually very new. From Lenovo's website, you can try a slightly older version, and see if it works better. Sometimes an older version can be more stable than the latest version. If that sitll doesn't seem to fix the issue, make sure you have BIOS and chipset all updated too.
