In 1931, US 36 was extended from Indianapolis to Cadiz, superseding SR 200, SR 29 from Greenville to Urbana, SR 55 from Urbana to SR 4, SR 32 from Marysville to Delaware, SR 95 from Mt. [3] Approximately seven miles (11 km) north of Eaton, US 127 intersects I-70 and US 40 (National Road) and proceeds to Greenville. Along this section of the route US 127 is a two-lane rural highway surrounded by farms. Approaching Greenville, the road widens to a four-lane limited access highway, serving as a bypass to the east of the city.

SR 118 runs northward through Darke , Mercer and Van Wert counties , starting from a roundabout with SR 49 , SR 571 , SR 121 and SR 502 in Greenville.

State Route 63 (SR 63) is a 11.74-mile (18.89 km) long east–west state highway located in the southwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The western terminus of SR 63 is at a trumpet interchange with SR 4 on the western outskirts of Monroe .
