Bruce David Grobbelaar (born 6 October 1957) is a Zimbabwean former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper, most prominently for English team Liverpool between 1981 and 1994, and for the Zimbabwean national team.

Southampton signed Bruce Grobbelaar from Liverpool on a free transfer in the summer of 1994. He spent 1994–95 as the club's first-choice goalkeeper. Another summer signing was trainee striker Steve Basham, who would later make the step up to the first team and play 20 times for the Saints.
