The 2022 Hawaii Rainbow Warriors volleyball team represented the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa (UH) in the 2022 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Rainbow Warriors, led by 13th-year head coach Charlie Wade, played home games at Stan Sheriff Center on the UH campus in the Honolulu neighborhood of Mānoa .

1935 – Edward Waters left the SIAC after the 1934–35 academic year. 1935 – The Normal Industrial Agricultural and Mechanical College of South Carolina (now South Carolina State University) and Xavier University of Louisiana joined the SIAC in the 1935–36 academic year. 1941 – Talladega left the SIAC after the 1940–41 academic year.
When the Big West established its men's volleyball league, it took six teams from the MPSF men's volleyball league—half of that conference's pre-2017 men's volleyball membership.
