I'm trying to learn English language attending a specific course. In the lesson of this week I've found a verb that I've never heard before. Of course, I know, what "to be" and "to know" mean separately. But what does the expression "to be to know" mean? I guess it is a passive form but I can't understand it very well. Can someone help me?
