Our Humane and Animal Control Officers rescue wild and domestic animals in distress and transport them for medical treatment and sheltering when needed, seven days a week and twenty-four hours a day. Upon arrival at our shelter campus, each animal is evaluated by our health care staff.
September 8, 2021, Pomona, CA – Effective September 13th, the Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. (IVHS) will switch to a hybrid adoption system which will entail both in-person adoption appointments as well as shelter visiting hours.

All adopted pets from IVHS & SPCA are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, de-wormed and given flea/tick treatment before leaving the shelter. Each year our staff veterinarians perform over 20,000 procedures!
