  2. Income fishing locations chart - Stardew Valley Forums

    forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/income-fishing-locations-chart.10532

Is there a reliable fishing income locations guide or chart? I am always amazed at the difficulty of finding good fishing income locations on the web. This week I wanted it badly enough to do my own research at the wiki. For a sunny day in the Fall, it appeared my best bet was Salmon and Tiger Trout from the River.

So I've been playing the game since like 2018 but I still can't figure out where to fish early game in Spring (First year). I usually go to the Mountain Lake, but I really enjoy min/maxing so I also go to the river under Leah's cottage for the chubs (For easy food). I also know that mountain...

I have fished there too and you should definitely try it. But I usually fish right behind my house. I’m very often just trying to get a little fishing in before I collapse at the end of the night and the area behind your farmhouse is so convenient.

However she does like to actually Fish pretty much everywhere in the valley but has a few favorite spots. This is the #1 favorite spot at the River directly south of the Farm, quickly accessible especially on horseback so even a 11:00pm run is feasible and worth the trip.

As a Stardew Valley veteran myself, I have my preferred places to fish. I was curious about everyone else's favorite lake, river, and ocean fishing spots on the map! As well as their favorite misc. places to fish (Calico Desert, the sewer, the mines, etc.) Hoping to not only inform new players...

  8. Where is your favourite spot to fish? | Stardew Valley Forums

    forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/where-is-your-favourite-spot-to-fish.9981

I enjoy fishing, and so whenever I have some spare time and space in my backpack, I like drop a line and see what bites! Generally I go to the Beach to fish, because I like picking up the forageables and I have the Obelisk. If I'm at the Beach, I'll only fish with my bobber hiding behind the Lonely Stone. We're best buds!

  9. Minmaxing the early game - Stardew Valley Forums

    forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/minmaxing-the-early-game.136

Whichever location you choose is up to you, the general idea is to set up the chest in a forest safe spot or mountain safe spot, and fish until you pass out (I assume you know which spots are best to catch quality fish). Use up all the trout soups you have once you hit lvl 5 fishing - it'll guarantee your perfect catches are iridium quality.

  10. A bad fishing spot? - Stardew Valley Forums

    forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/a-bad-fishing-spot.473

Bite rate is only affected by fishing levels, bait and bubbles. The treasures you find when fishing is also only affected by daily luck, luck buffs, the priate skill and magnet bait. I would have to do some testing with this quality spot, but unless there's bubbles right there idk how you can just short cast and get an iriduim quality fish.

  11. Best tackle for being better at fishing? | Stardew Valley Forums

The trap bobber and cork bobber are the two best bobbers for making harder fish easier Unless you're trying to perfect catch fish or very specific niche cases, the trap bobber will benefit you more than the cork bobber. Remember you can also eat fishing buff foods for an increased fishing bar size.
