When rotating tires they should be crossed - unless they are directional - and mobile service does not do a cross-rotation. If they don't, you're going to get a max 80 amp charger and if your car is equipped with 72 amp charging, you'll get about 60 miles per hour of charge.

I do NOT believe they do routine service, but it appears you are talking about body repairs, not service.
The reason the Tesla Corded Mobile Connector exists is because it supports charging at up to 40 amps and comes with a fixed NEMA 14-50 power plug. The Tesla Gen2 Mobile Connector that supports modular power plug adapters for a wide range of 120V and 240V receptacles only supports charging at up to 32 amps.
