    I have changed my ID and password. The pop up keep asking to enter password to continue. I get no access to change the ID. (Grey-out). I had already uninstalled icloud but two icloud windows pop up - I close them and they pop up again. If the program is uninstalled how can this be happening. Also I have rebooted the computer, etc.

    I open task manager, and kill the processes iCloud Passwords, Keychain, Photos and Drive. I then restart the iCloud app and it will sync within a few seconds or a minute. I saw a thread about third party security software, but I do not have any on this new machine, just the windows security that comes with Windows 11.
