    Not everyone (not even most) POV pushers have infinite amount of e-mails. It's a lot of work to keep finding new e-mails. A POV pusher/abuser who only knows how to login to internet and type certainly won't go to the extreme of finding infinite e-mails. The problem would be significantly reduced.
