I am reiterating that I spoke by phone to three techs at MSI about the Realtek audio issues on the Pro B660m-A DDR4.. and then afterward, the USA customer service manager. He assured me he is the highest ranking exec for the USA team, shared both phone AND his direct email and said I can check back with him early September.
There customer service is terrible. I have the MSI Mag Coreliquid 360R and I purchased it right when these were first released back in November 2020 and there is a recall on these because the manufacturing screwed up and didnt clean them before filling them so they are clogging up and failing.
I could go on in excruciating detail about the incredibly unproductive experiences I had with MSI's online support tickets (they can't even read and process what a customer writes, ever) and customer service line, but the short version is:
I bought my Trident in February, and have generally been satisfied with my purchase. However, I too have been facing this exact same problem over the last 5 weeks, and this week I have found that I simply won't be able to turn on my computer again until I fork over around $100 shipping to RMA it.

I have a GE75 Raider 10SFS and was running True Color 4.0...The Dragon Center showed an upgrade to True Color 5.0...I offloaded my True Color 4.0 per instructions...when I attempt to download the True Color 5.0 nothing happens and no download shows up!
I called MSI and asked and the guy on the phone told me since the RAM can be upgraded to 32GB it must not be soldered unto the motherboard. He confirmed the WIFI card can be upgraded. Granted, I talked to customer service, not tech support. I know that generally, LPDDR is soldered to the motherboard.
Recently I noticed the fan of my CPU was always running at high speed. When I looked into Task manager, I saw that the MSi_activeX_service was taking up 100% of my CPU. I killed to process and immediately the fan of my CPU started to slow down. So my questions are: 1. Wat is this process doing? 2. Which MSI app is using this process? 3.
