Back at the main file manager view, select the files again. Tap and hold on the selected items to enter drag-and-drop mode. Move your finger over the "Android" folder, then the "data" folder. Obviously this feels intrusive, so personally I have it turned off most times. Samsung Notes is the best one. Noteshelf is nice too, but a buggy mess. Samsung notes is the best because you can also annotate PDFs if you need to. You never used to be able to do that. I like nebo. It's great for converting handwriting to text. Flexcil and Squid Notes are pretty good. Samsung, Noteshelf, or Squid.
