It was changed from a Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) to a Combined Statistical Area (CSA) by the Office of Management and Budget on February 28, 2013. [2] As of the 2010 census, the MSA had a population of 127,081. [3] As of July 1, 2014, the CSA had an estimated population of 134,804, making it the fourth largest urban area in Kansas. [4]

K-113 is a 5.631-mile-long (9.062 km) north–south state highway entirely within Riley County in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Kansas. It runs from K-18 in southern Manhattan to U.S. Route 24 (US-24), through the city's western areas. In Manhattan, it is named after Seth Child, an early Manhattan pioneer.
K-13 is a 14.62-mile-long (23.53 km) state highway in the northeastern part of the US state of Kansas. It begins at U.S. Route 24 (US-24) north of Manhattan and runs north to K-16 southwest of Fostoria. K-13 serves as the only northeasterly route out of Manhattan.
