Suits. season 6. The sixth season of the American legal drama Suits was ordered on July 1, 2015, [1] and began airing on USA Network in the United States July 13, 2016. In season 5, Mike gets caught, and, to protect Jessica Pearson, Harvey, and Louis Litt, he takes a deal to serve two years in prison. In season 6, Mike takes a deal to get out early and – in the season finale – passes the bar so that he can legally practice law. He marries Rachel Zane and moves to Seattle in the season 7 finale.
In season 6, Mike is able to cut down his prison time with the help of Harvey and works as a teacher at the church for a while before being reported by a student's parent. He then passes the bar with the help of Harvey and Jessica even though Anita Gibbs makes a full effort to stop him. In season 7, he returns to the firm.
