sorry but this is absoluty not accurately, i have a $15 keyboard and it say 1000Hz, it depends totally how fast you type. When i test with my akko $119 keyboard (that should be 1000Hz) they say maybe is 1000Hz and not definitely. And the newer version of this is confused to use.
Hope it's ok to post this kind of content on here. It’s not a spectacular website, but I thought it might come in handy when building a new keyboard and testing new keys (especially keys like F1 to F12). I have a question for you as well: I made the keyboard layout based on my MacBook keyboard + a standard QWERTY Windows keyboard.

I have a 3x3 switch tester on my desk just to use as fidget during office calls. 3x3 so small enough to pickup easily and play with it. From time to time I swap some switches to get the best feeling combo of tactile and linears.
