    I suspect that this is an American import. Certainly only a few years ago Australian television seemed to be to use 'series'. In any case, the official web-site for Harrow uses 'series' and not season (e.g. 'Series 2'), and so I have replaced the usage of the word 'season' with 'series' to conform with MOS:ENGVAR.
