PTSCC is a private, not-for-profit organization in Palatine, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago, that operates the Palatine Township Senior Center. We are one of three accredited senior centers in the state of Illinois and one of 130 nationally.

The Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council (or PTSCC) is a private 501 (c) (3) organization whose mission is to offer programs and services which support older adults and their famiies by encouraging independence, well-being, and connection to the community.
We are one of three accredited senior centers in the state of Illinois and one of 130 nationally. Want to be a Member of the Senior Center? New for 2024, yearly memberships will start on March 1, 2024 and run thru February 28, 2025.
Non-members are welcome to join the following recreation activities as space permits. Check The Happenings for entertainment, special events, day trips and overnight trips. No musical background needed. Drums and percussion instruments are provided or bring your own. Check "The Happenings" for upcoming dates.
