Shapiro didn't want them to focus so much on r---ce while Cochran wanted the entire trial to be about how r---cist the LAPD was. The irony is that they didn't need to play the r---ce card at all. The J---ury they picked didn't trust the LAPD and some of the women didn't feel sympathy for Nicole and they couldn't understand DNA.
I can’t say I’m that familiar with the history of OJ and Robert Kardashian’s friendship. If they met through USC connections, I have no idea, but that’s not meeting “as students” when one graduated prior to the other attending. I am just pedantic and that seemed like a weirdly obvious contradiction to me.
It's also kind of a red flag that she mentioned the race of the victims. Like OJ 100% did kill his wife, but there are a lot of people who used him doing it to make a point about black men and “blonde white girls.”

After Bourdains death and am reading Kitchen confidential again. Many of the aliased characters have been unmasked over the years but one that always gave me trouble to find out was The Silver Shadow. Thanks to Newspapers.com having an article that talks about the restaurant going under in 85' and changing hands to Rouse Co.

I can say for a fact that three of Simpson's lawyers thought he was guilty- Robert Shapiro, Johnny Cochran, and Alan Dershowitz. However, F. Lee Bailey thought he was innocent until his dying day, and during his final years was just about the only public figure still proclaiming Simpson's innocence.
