The Role of Clomid in Men’s Health. Clomid, an off-label medication, plays a crucial role in men’s health by addressing fertility issues, boosting testosterone levels, and promoting muscle mass. It functions by stimulating the release of hormones that regulate testosterone production, ultimately improving sperm count, motility, and morphology.
The protocol involves the use of: - Clomid -clomiphene (25 mg taken orally, 1 time per day) - HCG (2,500 IU taken subcutaneously, once every two days) - Tamoxifen (20 mg taken orally, once every day) This protocol is divided into two intervals, with each interval focusing on a different aspect of the post-TRT recovery.
Hello So before I started clomd few months ago i have low test etc, but also my DHEA was very low. Now after some time on clomid I wondered if there would be any benifits of adding DHEA? Will it be useless or could it maybe improve some of the usual symptons if I add it?

Active Member. Aug 13, 2015. #1. I have been on clomid 12.5 E3D for several months now with great success, Total T in the upper 900s. The one issue is the E2, which when tested with the sensitive test, comes in in the upper 80s, despite increasing doses of Arimidex, now up to 0.25mg twice a week, pending another assessment next week. Current regimen changed as of yesterday (Previous dosage for the past several weeks): Clomid 25mg EOD (same) Anastrozole .125mg ED (.125mg EOD) Vitamin D3 5000IU ED. DHEA 50mg ED. Fish oil 4g ED. Iodine 150mcg ED. Selenium 200mcg ED. Zinc 25mg ED.
Clomid put me in a very bad place. 12.5 mg EOD drove my shbg up to 90. Free t hung around 9 or 10 (7-26) and for some reason, it dropped my e2 to around 15. So an e2 at 15 with shbg at 90 basically meant I had no free e2 rolling around. My joints are still recovering 6 months after discontinuing.
TRT + HCG is much more effective for both libido and fertility. The hope is that the estrogenic zuclomiphene isomer of Clomid is responsible for the problems. So maybe pure enclomiphene will give all of the good and none of the bad. Presumably this is the "new form of Clomid" that @Vvs1 refers to. G.
