Michael English (born April 12, 1962) is an American Christian singer and record producer. Initially, he was a member of his family's singing group, and later a member of The Gaither Vocal Band . During his solo career, he recorded eight studio albums.
By 1957, The Gaither Trio—consisting of siblings Bill, Danny, and Mary Ann—was singing at churches and religious events. In 1962, Danny graduated from college and went to Ohio to teach. [1]

Mark Alan Lowry (born June 24, 1958) is an American singer, comedian, minister and songwriter. He is best known for co-writing the song "Mary, Did You Know?" and being a member of the Gaither Vocal Band from 1988 to 2001, and 2009 to 2013, [1] along with Michael English, Guy Penrod, David Phelps and Bill Gaither.
