Al-Youbi received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemistry from King Abdulaziz University. He attended the University of Essex on a scholarship, where he received his PhD in physical chemistry in 1986. [3] Before being appointed as president of King Abdulaziz University in 2016, he served as vice president.
The Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz International Prize for Water (PSIPW) is a Saudi Arabian scientific prize, established on 21 October 2002 by Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
