ADVMoto Magazine (also known as Adventure Motorcycle Magazine; [1] founded in 1999) is a US-based adventure and dual-sport motorcycle magazine. It covers adventure motorcycle travel and sport topics, such as rally and enduro racing. [2] [3] ADVMoto Magazine is currently headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. [4]
The Suzuki V-Strom 650 (DL650, nicknamed Weestrom [4]) is a mid-weight, adventure touring motorcycle made by Suzuki since 2004, in its third generation since model year 2017. It has a standard riding posture, fuel injection and an aluminum chassis. [ 1 ]
The Honda Crosstourer (also called VFR1200X) is an adventure motorcycle made by Honda since 2012. It was announced at the 2011 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan. [1] [2] The 1,237 cc (75.5 cu in) V4 engine is a re-tuned version of the engine that was first used on the 2010 VFR1200F model. [3]

The Kawasaki KLR650 is a 652 cc (39.8 cu in) dual-sport motorcycle intended for both on-road and off-road riding. It was a long-standing model in Kawasaki's lineup, having been introduced in 1987 to replace the 564 cc (34.4 cu in) 1984–1986 Kawasaki KLR600, and remaining almost unchanged through the 2007 model.
The KTM 690 Enduro is a dual-sport motorcycle made by KTM from 2008 to the present day. The 690 Enduro R, introduced in 2009, was initially marketed as a more offroad-oriented version of the adventure-touring-oriented Enduro.
The Himalayan was conceived by CEO Siddhartha Lal, as an adventure touring, or dual sport motorcycle. [2] The Himalayan differs considerably from the other motorcycles offered by Royal Enfield – most of which are various incarnations of the Bullet utilising the same frame and engine – in terms of its chassis and powertrain.
A Motorcycle News review declared: "Tipping the scales at 165 kg fully fuelled and ready to ride, it’s close to 100 kg lighter than the current glut of big capacity adventure bikes on the market, making the PR7 a truly capable bike off-road – and one you can pick up easily on your own should things go awry."
