After the National Ministry of Education decided to open a high school in Kadikoy district, negotiations that lasted many years took place between the ministry and the Capuchins. Tidioute is home to the Tidioute Community Charter School, a pre-K through 12th grade public school located on Main Street. Its current enrollment is 313 students.
