Cirencester Kingshill School is an academy school located on the south east side of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, in England. Opened in 1976 by the Princess Royal, [2] it is one of two secondary schools serving Cirencester and the surrounding area. The school won the School Achievement Award for 2003. [3]
Founded in 1966, the school combined Cirencester Grammar School with the town's secondary modern school. In 1991 the sixth form was separated into an independent college, Cirencester College, which now shares the same campus as the school.
